We'll try to respond to you within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays in the Philippines.

Abuse reports / code of conduct violations

For abuse reports (i.e. code of conduct violations, ToS rule-breakers, etc.), send us a email alongside evidence at [email protected]. Abuse reports will be routed to our internal JetBrains YouTrack Cloud instance instead of Help Scout for issue tracking and integrated helpdesk features via Cloudflare Email Forwarding.

For legal inquiries, send it to [email protected]. Copyright takedown requests should be sent to [email protected]. We may publish any takedown requests we received without any private information for transparency purposes.
